In 1992, Russell “Kip” Kaller enlisted his vision of providing commendable roofing service based on solid principals and honest professionalism, by founding Russell Roofing Company, Inc. Witnessing the influx of unlicensed, unregulated, and uninsured/underinsured roofing contractors into the market, Kip founded his company with the intention of providing sound, safe, and lawful service. With the intention of leaving a legacy for those who will follow behind him, Kip is growing his operation to include every skillful, industrious manager and craftsman he can find that would project his work ethic and values. Russell Roofing is a “trend-setting” company committed to diligence and quality performance to benefit our valued families, customers and employees.

After fifteen years, which is an industry milestone, we maintain a core staff of seasoned professionals who train and mentor all of our younger mechanics and leaders. With an average of 30 years of roofing and construction experience per person four members of our staff came to learn their craft in their own familys’ roofing business, so their history reflects generations of training and expertise.

We have expanded from a three-person company that was based out of the owner’s study to an enriched enterprise that occupied sizable space in a building in Plymouth Meeting, PA (1993). Accelerated growth in commitments, reputation and work force eventually brought us to our present home in Oreland, PA, where we own and occupy 1.5 acres with our own warehouse and two-story office building.
